Down the road you could leave the team to be an independent agent with the brokerage, but many successful agents started their careers in entry level team positions.I'm very happy with the brokerage I'm with, many love KW, Remax, or their small local independent office.

They have been making it stupid simple for over 20 years to target foreclosures, from the start of the Lis Pendens filing, to the auction. iMapp is built into most of the realtor MLSs, and they DO offer accounts for $100 per month that are just the 'straight dope' property data, without the MLS information included.

I get 1% when KW buys and 1% on the backend when KW sells the property.Probably might work for light rehabs where there might not be quite enough meat on the bone for a flip or something that is borderline.Regardless, would like to meet up to see if I can bring some value to wholesalers in the area whether it is through KW Offers, submitting offers, providing MLS data, providing RealList data or providing some access to FSBOs and Expireds via TheRedX.

Not everybody has money to invest, this allows the barrier of entry to be a none issue.I have never bought from a wholesaler but Iam open if the numbers work.
