Looking to buy from wholesalers
Hey everyone...I am a former wholesaler but not agent with Keller Williams in Ft. Mill. I can now make cash offers with KW Offers(via offerpad) if any wholesalers would a free quote. I can provide you the criteria KW uses...just need a few pictures and a couple documents signed before I can submit for an offer. Guaranteed responses on all offers within 72 hours. No obligation...the main difference in selling directly to an investor/flipper is KW will require a repair process so this might need be the right fit for all situations; however, it does give you an option that is somewhere between a retail listing and direct to investor. I get 1% when KW buys and 1% on the backend when KW sells the property.
Probably might work for light rehabs where there might not be quite enough meat on the bone for a flip or something that is borderline.
Regardless, would like to meet up to see if I can bring some value to wholesalers in the area whether it is through KW Offers, submitting offers, providing MLS data, providing RealList data or providing some access to FSBOs and Expireds via TheRedX. Let me know. Thx!
