Potential development information in deal search
As an architect, I built a database of Los Angeles that allows me to find deals by the potential development. Lets say search all properties where Incentives are applicable and it in opportunity zone. I scanned it and found 1000 potential best value properties for my buck, how would you suggest to continue from here? Does a brokerage feasible or should I start contacting the land owners and try to fish some of the deals myself?
Also what would be a best financial structure for partnership with developers when the value I bring is database, architecture and working with big data to increase profitability?
Thank you!
