Thank god this mistake is only costing me $295 which I willingly handed over to this unscrupulous person.I know I should do all that you talk about in your e-mail (sounds really good) but greedy people like him hang themselves without the help of someone like me.

Brad, I would say the best tool you can use is numbers .. actual and honest numbers from investments that are current or recently current in your area .. i have found that most investors that are out of state or country are all about the numbers .. they really dont care if its condo's or Sfh's or commercial as much as they care about the bottom line Roi.. make sure its simple enough that a 8th grader could understand but have the college level numbers and info ready for them once they are interested .. most investors that i have delt with ( currently working with 3 out of the area finacial investors ) are analytical and very busy so the shorter to the point and having all your numbers ready is the most important .. also a goid track record helps or clients that dont mind giving you a goid reference .. good luck and God Speed ..Michael Short
