I'm brand new to the real estate market. I'm studying to get well educated and use real estate investing to create my own sources of income. I have a lot of natural hustling skills, and I'm very motivated to learn. Most importantly I'm more dedicated to creating a better life for me and my family, so I'm willing to put in any work necessary to reach my goals. Besides that, I personally think the best niche for me to start in would be, Wholesaling. I'm very open to any knowledge, any advice, and criticism that can be passed down in a positive manner.
