Real estate books

Hello Bigger Pockets community I am thrilled to be here! I currently am 13 and I am extremely interested in buy and hold investing with single family homes and multifamily homes. I plan on being highly educated and very familiar with buy and hold investments with single and multifamily homes by the time I am 18 and possibly having saved up enough for my first real estate investment. That being said, I was wondering if there are any great real estate investing books you guys would recommend I read to educate myself about single family and multifamily homes buy and hold investing. Thank you guys so much, and any suggestions are highly appreciated. Happy Easter to you all and god bless!
