Hello everyone. Thanks in advance for your support. I am starting in the Real State world and I am really excited and in love with this. Have been a 4 years journey to get here (United States) and every body (My family and friends circle-They have been living here for some years-) is telling me that I can't buy a house here, now. I leave Cuba with 22 years and went to Paraguay with no money, I was homeless there, and everybody told me that was impossible to achieve (leaving Cuba with no money and no contacts). They even bet I would come back to Cuba, now I am in United States :) after 14000 miles of journey, so I just want to try. My wife and I are about to move to Fortlauderdale looking for a cheaper rent, but it looks like there is no such a cheap rent. I want to get a cheap rent in order to build an investment fund. I told her that we can buy a cheap home with almost the same amount of money we are about to spend( About $5500 by giving this as Down payment, dealing directly with the owner ) and pay the Mortgage instead of rent, which should be a like-cheap-rent, but with all the benefits of owning our first property(Knowledge and First property). She told me I am crazy and probably I am. The question is. Is there a chance to get this in Florida. Keep in mind I am not after a palace but after a good hands-on this and after breaking the ice. After all I have been listening a lot of " jump into the pool and swim with the sharks" lately since I became a member of this blessed website.

I'll appreciate your support and comments, I will really do it. Thanks God for this website and sorry guys but my English is only "one year old". I am brand new here and learning every second, so any correction with that point will be really appreciated, too.

God bless you!!!
