It is an amazing city, with great food, sports, and culture. 

Many things can leave smell or residue (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, candles, greasy food fry).

We very recently purchased a food truck and are attempting to get that rolling as well.

A lot of folks see successful people and don't always understand the struggles that real estate investors/entrepreneurs face:- 80 hour work weeks- Sleepless nights- Strain on the family- Ridicule- Events missed- Late nights changing door locks, picking up condoms, patching holes in walls, picking up old rotting food from the floor...- Health issues- Financial issues- Loss of friends- I can go on and on...To those looking for the "magic bullet," here it is,...work harder than everyone else.

They are also running a business that caters to the demands of that price point, so they carry significant overhead. 

They sell in some cases for 4x the price of other retail properties that cater to local tenants in their towns in places like Michigan and Ohio.

I’ve been to extended stay hotels that definitely cater to monthly or longer tenants with Thursday socials, pizza night, etc. there were some guests who were there for years.

I will arrange location, date and time, food, fliers, etc.

However, I don’t exactly want to move out of my parents house yet because of the associated costs of living on your own (food, cookware, dishware, toiletries.
