Hi Devin, thank you for replying to my message, I didn’t think that I can do renovations using a 0% interest credit card, I thought about it but I also heard cash out refinancing is hard to do on this type of loan which is why I’m a little iffy, I’m not looking to pull my money out right away, but I would like to in 12 months or so is that possible with a DSCR loan?
