I have a home in South Fulton County. I am in the process of evicting my tenant, she owes back rent for serveral months. We already went to court she agreed on the amount & asked for a payment plan in which she never paid. Does anyone know the next step? I want to file a judgement against her for the money. Its more than the $4,000 for small claims court.
