Under the circumstances as they have unfolded, I would agree entirely with Kyle Hipp on this.

I want to become a credible member here and the best way I know to do that is to share my story as it unfolds in an honest manner.

And, I get to watch it all unfold and learn in the process.

I see a slow motion, unfolding train wreck of financial misery, sleepless nights, anxiety medication, panic attacks, and avoiding answering the phone and lots of registered mail.

He holds "everyone" accountable, as each step unfolds, and does follow up either on the weekly calls he has with the group, or one on one! 

But it's good to hear that there are others embarking on a very similar journey to mine and I would love to stay updated with you on how your career in real estate unfolds and some of the challenges you may face.

I don't pretend to be an expert and know there is so much we don't know, but after 6 weeks of data collection and seeing how things are unfolding it appears to me that there is more upside to reopening than continuing the shutdown.
