Some people will try to continue with that, but I think its foolish as then you run the risk of them perceiving you to play games.On discussing values, especially if it is a condo (Im assuming these are) I always try to use the example that if I drop an 8 cylinder souped up engine into a kia, it might be something nice, but it hasnt really changed the value of the car, at least not in a meaningful way.

Hello @Rob Gillespie, I don't live near Beaver but In my traveling sprinkler fitter days I spent a lot of time in and around the Pittsburgh area as well as your home state working near Cleveland, Ashtabula (loved it there) and Napoleon at Campbell Soup (never ate canned soup again lol).

Mortgage company gave me the following info:Interest-bearing principal balance:  $415,007.25Non-interest bearing principal balance: $98,000.00They are facing sheriffs auction soon and have managed to delay it once, with a possibility of delaying it two more times.Any advice here would be great as I wasn't exactly planning for a soup sandwich like this for my first contract.
