Hey everybody, my name is Jason, been living in Cache Valley for the last 6 years! Late last year I came across the amazing book Rich Dad Poor Dad which led me to The Book On Rental Property Investing and now here, my goal is to start investing in some lovely Real Estate to create passive income and cash flow enough money to eventually replace my 9-5. I currently own a single family home but am interested in getting a duplex/triplex/4plex in the next year. Obviously I have a ttttooonnn to learn so I’m wondering if anyone knows of any investor meetups or investors In the area that I can pick their brain! Thank you all so much.
