I think that Bakersfield is poised to be a great market moving into the future because we have a lot of new construction happening from the Outlets, to Tejon, to Hard Rock, and that is only a few of the larger things that is happening in the area.

Sounds like you're at your wits end here so it may be like ripping off a band aid, just getting rid of all of them at once.

Just like there are rock-start agents out there and some not as great agents, I feel the same for property managers.

Cash out refinance to 70-75% on commercial and 50% on hard money but again hard money is a band-aid.
