Medellin, Colombia Real Estate Investing

Greetings, I have read some older posts about investing in Medellin and it seems the prices for condos are be at the highest point. Does anyone have any other thoughts or opinions? The city is still undervalued according to international standards. I was considering buy from builders and waiting 1-2 years to resale it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this for 2024 and 2024?

I am tracking the Airbnb was recently banded in Medellin so short-term rentals might not be a wise move.
