Is Euclid OH still a good choice for SFH long term rental
Looking for my first investment opportunity. Long term rental, out of state. Is Euclid Ohio still a good place to look? Has the Amazon distribution center actually made it more appealing since it was added? Would you still classify it as B and C mixed area? I looked at Parma but it’s kinda hard to have positive cash flow now with the conventional loan route. Is Euclid a better choice for cash flow rate then? Thank you for your insights in advance!
