So, the plan was, down the road, to remove the radiator style heaters on 2nd floor and put in electric baseboard and just let the furnace heat the downstairs unit.

Big radiators around the house so ideally I'd like to get rid of those, but if I do an upgrade, I'm looking at a hydro-air system that will probably cost me $25K at least.
