The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

This is one of the things that sound a lot easier than they are actually done.The crazy thing I learned about these CA fires is that the heat radiation is hot enough (1500-2000F) that it will ignite your furniture through the windows.

Given this is where my major operating expenses fell (beyond taxes and insurance), keeping this cost lower, by average, helps my cash flow.I invest in older neighborhoods, so the 2-4 unit properties, typically have single water meter, maybe single electric, and many have radiator heat with a single boiler.

Unfortunately, she frequently turns it off to save on electricity, which exacerbates the issue.i have also sent her extra radiator heat so can just plug in , but she refuse to use because she has to pay high electric bill.She complained about the unit's insulation and requested that we install an additional baseboard heater( whats the use if she doesn't turn on the heat) .

There are still variables due to heat loss along the way to the units but the medium (water) carrying the heat is guaranteed to flow to its destination (radiators).
