I have been with both small boutique brokers and large brand name ones, and I actually prefer the large brand name ones because it is much easier to generate business.  

Any boutique Turnkey provider with inside management will offer you the most comprehensive solution, it does not have to come at a premium, you want to work with a direct turnkey provider.
