Conversely, I also know people who find communicating with guests and cleaners to be incredibly draining, they don't know the first thing about managing an STR nor does it particularly interest them, and they would rather spend their time making money in their main job rather than taking on a side hustle that they may not be able to do as effectively.

One emergency service call later the leak is now slowed significantly but I’ve got to get another heating guy out to shut down the system and drain it so the pipe fitting can be replaced and then start it up again.

Thanks @Jonathan Klemm. it's just couple of blocks west of palmer square and there are standard size new constructions selling for around $1.3million.Just closed on the purchase and it's a 40 feet wide lot.
