New Investor on the Block

I may be new to real estate investing but, I'm not new to the area. My journey here began with military orders to Joint-Base San Antonio-Lackland. I've since left the military but will always maintain connectivity to the area through investments. My goal for this post is to connect with other people and form symbiotic professional relationships if the professional chemistry is right. If there is a problem that you think I can help solve, feel free to reach out. Things that are within my skillset include: electrical (unlicensed), IT networking, cyber defense, and any handyman tasks. My preference for providing value to others is by use of my brains and not my brawn...or lack there of. If you're wondering, I'm a defense contractor but my skills and interests reach well beyond what the DoD has taught me. I'm looking forward to being a part of this awesome community :)
