I'm going to ask this in the most concise way possible:I'm looking for a skip tracing service that constantly updates my lists without having to manually pay for skip tracing every time.Currently using PropStream to pull lists and then skip tracing with dataskip.io which has done us well, but I want something that's a little more hands off. 

This is what I have learned so far:- They don't come with phone numbers, so it's either skip tracing or online searching to locate contact info.- The contact info found is often inaccurate.- The accurate phone numbers often have full voice mailboxes.- Texting these sellers is unlawful, from my understanding.- Driving to the house is too time consuming.Looking forward to hearing what has worked for you!

If you have someone in SD that can drive for dollars for you, you can skip trace, cold call, and mail remotely.

If you plan on flipping, I would skip the move-in and just get it on the market in time for the spring.

I was told I can do a skip trace, does anybody have any expertise in this field?

There are several options for skip tracing to find phone numbers and/or email addresses.

I realize that's your call, but I know many people who make a decent income & just prefer to skip the bank entirely.

Would you suggest skip tracing?

To be efficient at it, you need scale-up and money--money to subscribe to different list sources, a CRM, skip tracing, marketing, robo-dialers or virtual assistants, etc. 

Does anyone have suggestions on a good skip tracing company?
