Hi all,I am new to the Southeast side of Michigan (formerly from the Grand Rapids and Upper Peninsula area). 

I need to set up an LLC for Grand Rapids investments.

To your point, most people think wholesaling takes no money, which technically it may not for a single deal or two but at scans definitely requires some amount of money, and that money could also be lent out for EMD, down payment or rehab costs so that is why I wondered what makes people choose one over the other.

I want to scan my receipts, starting with this year, and store them on a jump drive. 

The postman just scans it when he puts it in their box, so they can't say they didn't get it.

In regards to buildium, I don't have the ability to scan receipts with mobile which is a huge pain point for me right now.

I've been doing my homework by reading the forums and scanning loopnet, and trying to find worthwhile properties that might be starting point. 

I’d also scan my lease and see if I could find another way to evict them for breach of lease that does not include money, and file that case along side my other case.All else fails, grab an attorney or workout something with the tenants.I’m not an attorney, not legal advice.
