Hello,

Sam here and I'm new to BP and to REI.

I am looking to get into MF investing in Southwest Ohio (Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus). I've been doing my homework by reading the forums and scanning loopnet, and trying to find worthwhile properties that might be starting point.

This is a great place to start in gaining the knowledge needed to be successful. If you haven't yet, subscribe to the BP Podcast and listen to them while driving or other free time. Unbelievable amount of information in those free sessions.
