I don't have Storage or commercial, but do have SFR, Apartments and Mobile home parks, and I would agree, on the front end the parks eat up time if there is a lot of physical distress, but once stabilized, not too bad, especially if you just own the pads.

The crack heads had been stealing power for over a year, so the city came and physically removed the power cable from the city (popping the meter didnt work), accumulating over a $7000 electrical bill and fine.
