My main source to generate leads for the past 3 months has been probate.

What first steps do I take to get potential leads?

I first got the idea to start my own buisness before i stumbled apon real estate so it lead me to a fork in the road.

But, my experience with very similar process projects leads me to be pretty confident in what I said above.

If you winterize properly there is no risk of future dmages in regards to plumbing and whatnot...Only issue may be ice dams in gutters which could lead to possible roof damge...You should be totally fine though

Was thinking $250 in-person appointment with a hot lead would beat $50 per click on Google.

Link the title company with the lender and make sure everyone's contact information and roles are known to the title company- they will take lead, but you'll need to manage everyone if you want the closing to go smoothly.The buyer will require a property inspection as well as an appraisal...hopefully there are no big unforeseens since you have just renovated the property.Shoot me a message if you get hung up.Good luck!
