A lot of communities I’m in don’t have that many ‘all new’ flip type properties available, so the freshly updated offering results in multiple offers regardless of how similar it is.That being said - I’d be happy to hire or consult with an interior designer for $300-500, especially for kitchen or bathroom user design, but I don’t want that person recommending $2000 chandeliers or a new paint color for each room.
