I'm moving forward finishing construction on my 2/2 in Old Colorado City with the back up plan of doing corporate or travelling nurse rentals if STR's are shut down.

To many people California investors get excited about Texas without considering how that would impact their tax situation.

Being in this stage is exciting but also somewhat nerve wrecking.I would love to know if there was something that delayed you doing your first deal or getting started and if there was anything that you did to overcome that!

If you must get valley contractors to complete the work you will be charged a premium for travel time both to the project and to the building supply store's, which the closest available stores are in Casa Grande...
