What it comes down to is that the laws are generally written to be fair and ethical, so when you are taking the exam just try to pick the answers that seem most reasonable to all parties.

They are acting as an agent without the laws, ethics requirements, education, and insurance that are vital IMO.Using contracts to circumvent licensing laws is illegal in FL and is a 3rd degree felony.
