How to get a seller to let you show the property?

hey guys I have a property  under contract and I am going to setup appointments for investors to see it. How do I seper ate the seller and the possible buyers

@Ken Walsh this is one of those awkward things you have to deal with being a wholesaler. Sometimes its a vacant house and you can just send people through and sometimes its some nosy person's house that wants to follow you around and ask a million questions to your buyers. 

I always suggest taking great pictures and videos of the house to avoid excess showings if possible. Not telling you to not show the house but help reduce the amount of people that are just looking versus serious. 

Tell the seller you are bringing in buyers to look at the house. Honesty is the best policy in this situation.
