I like Belize because it's English speaking, much of their economy is tied to the US, development, and the increase of advertising, development, and travel patterns to the country. 

RE attorney is needed that can work with me as I am away and out of the country throughout this process. 

But I have no idea which one would be best for someone who's just getting into this with the VA home loan, and who spends most of the year out of the country.  

The thing I'm struggling with the most right now is if real estate investing is something sustainable while moving around the country every few years.

Country town, nice homes, big lakes, very affordable housing, taxes and such, just more small town, if that's your style.Going north up the dial (think of Wichita as one big wagon wheel - Wichita at the hub, and K96 highway nearly going full circle, and one day, supposed to be finished, and all the suburbs on a spoke).

I am going to continue holding down the home base here in Indy while Tracy takes on 13 week assignments across the country.
