Hey everyone, i am aware of how VA loans works but im not sure how it would work on a 4plex. I intend to owner occupy one of the units but it is currently fully leased. How does that work if it is fully rented out? Does this play a factor?

Vaundel Gassett you would need to put one of the tenants out. The lender wants to make sure you live there. But after a year you can rent it out completely and move onto the next venture
