so i was busy today....eating a rushed chinese take out lunch in my mechanic's office while he fixed some thingamajig on my truck...as a lot of you know, i've been working my rear end off on a 14 unit rehab...well it's pretty much done and i've been getting about 30 calls a day to rent the apartments...so in the middle of all these calls, i get a call from MasterCard saying my credit card has been locked due to some unnecessary charges and to press 1 for more info.

I have been getting calls but none are interested and view me as a scamThe next thing I will do is because I am a waiter I will be PUTTING business cards in all my tables checks.

There is way to much info on that page to fit it all on a post card.

Who knows if someone will come in higher.They put a hold on a credit card for a low amount to allow registration and bidding.I'm just taking a flyer on it.

You could do either really, I'd wait till the next business day but if you owe your credit card and the date falls on a saturday do they wait till monday to charge a late fee or do they charge it the day its due?

Has anyone had experience using an AMEX Blue or other AMEX high limit card to help with leveraging a purchase?

(lots of templates for flyers, business cards, brochures, mailers, etc.)

There is just no meat to most real estate investment books out there....You have just pointed out the reason WHY I suggest to everybody to get a library card and read books for free.

Or having credit card or debit card for investment?
