so i was busy today....eating a rushed chinese take out lunch in my mechanic's office while he fixed some thingamajig on my truck...as a lot of you know, i've been working my rear end off on a 14 unit rehab...well it's pretty much done and i've been getting about 30 calls a day to rent the apartments...so in the middle of all these calls, i get a call from MasterCard saying my credit card has been locked due to some unnecessary charges and to press 1 for more info. When I do that, it says to enter my credit card number. I didn't think that was unusual, as I've put a buttload on my credit card in the last few weeks on materials for the above-mentioned rehab, but for some reason, I got spooked out and hung up. I called MasterCard's customer service #, and they said my card was fine. To make sure, I used it to pump about 50 bucks worth of gas into my truck (damn truck and its 12 MPG  ) Anyways, this had never happened to me before, but I'm glad I got spooked for whatever reason that was. Just wanted to give anyone else a heads up, to always hang up, and call the real customer service # before giving any sensitive info out.
