I'm in Malaysia and No idea about my first deal and do a deal in US? What strategy could I use with no money? I'm newbie to Real Estate.

Hi, @Dave Khoo Chia Cheng if you don't have any money, there are not too many options. Do you have credit built up in the US? If not, you will likely be paying cash for a property.
