If the price is too cheap then they will cut corners to preserve margins or put you on the back burner while they handle more lucrative accounts for their time invested.

Seller may be tempted to cut you out too.

Same thing with commercial for anything under 1 million although some lenders cut off is 500k.

Thanks for the replies…I have debated doing this so many times…I feel it is the way of the future and that cable companies will eventually phase out…most people that I have talked to that have cut the cable, they all end up going back :-/

In court some months there can be thousands of writs to serve and with the city of Atlanta and Fulton cutting back staff for the Marshalls office you can guess what happens.

Now instead of having 10k to work with you would now have 30k (minus uncle sam's cut ofcourse) but to do all of this in say 3 months from start to finish your would turn that 10k into 100k really fast.

Scams, mislead folks that want some short cut.

I've had to work really hard to make an honest deal profitable for all involved in my own experiences, and I don't like cut corners.

I was using an agent before and every time I lost out and they told me because having an agent cuts me out because everyone was double ending deals in Miami.

I pay a guy $15 per week to cut it.
