It will be reduced from a very cramped and cluttered 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living area to a much more open and spacious one room studio with a full and enclosed bathroom.Why not just remove it and replace it with a new one you may ask?

Using this type of flue reduces your clearance to combustibles to 2".If your equipment is oil fired then B-Vent is not an option so an alternative route has to be taken.

@Abdul Azeez I think what you'll find is that by having home, autos, etc. all under one policy will actually reduce rates on things like auto insurance so the umbrella policy (after discounts) won't be expensive as you think.
