RE License and out of state investing

Just wondering if it worth getting my RE License where I live if I just plan to invest out of state? Other than having MLS access, would I be able to use anything else out of state?

You can get licensed in states you don't reside in. I live in NH and just got licensed in FL in order to buy a place in Marco Island. I joined two boards down there in order to have access to the MLS. Different states have reciprocity. Generally only with surrounding states and there us often the requirement to take some classes (but not always all) for licensing. You have to join a board of realtors to get their MLS access. In some states ypu have access to limited ares, like FL. But you can subscribe to other boards at a greatly reduced rate. Other states like NH require only one board membership to have access to all of NH'S MLS.

I'd love to talk to you about Keller Williams Realty when you are ready to join a company.

Over 6 yrs ago I walked through the doors of the Bedford, New Hampshire Keller Williams Realty office and knew right away if that's where I wanted to be. As a brand new agent I was highly impressed by the exemplary training we received and continue to receive on a regular basis. So much so that training magazine has awarded Keller Williams Realty number one in training in all areas not just real estate agencies. I have been so impressed with Keller Williams Realty that I just got licensed in Florida last year and joined the Marco Island office down there. I am looking forward to more training working out of the Marco Island office when I start working there more permanently. I have met many wonderful people Nationwide that work with Keller Williams and absolutely love it. I would love to speak to you more about it if you connect with me.
