You will not know unless you are watching post auction Lands Available lists on purpose and consistently because www.Realtaxeed.com still has the property status as,"SOLD" or " CERT HOLDER" Those statuses do not always stick especially with exclusively online only auctions.. the investor cert holder out of area just wants the %18 so they let it go to Lands Available very often

And then every six months after you close with the commercial financing, or once the issue called out by the VA appraiser is resolved, you order another VA appraisal until you either get lucky with a VA appraiser that does not have sour milk for breakfast, or you've resolved whatever the issue was that was called out, and then you do a VA cash out refinance, and you graduate to unicorn status with a highly leveraged commercial property in a 30YF VA loan.Or, alternatively, it's commercial real estate, so you can do all sorts of crazy things anyways making this moot.

@Sandra PIrtle My one thought was, if something happened that your ira tax status was removed due to not following the rules, it would effect all funds in that IRA.

ahhh I did reread.... son and daughter both currently occupy, but all three must have little income as an $8 contribution, that could change on renewal if she is now receiving disability, and definately will change if two more adults added depending on their income status, if students, college or high school?
