My favorite app for business purpose is replicon.

There are still deals there but it's not my favorite market by any stretch.Other cities I know people are doing well in- Chicago, Philly, Indianapolis, midwestern cities....Which city you decide on depends on what your focus is.

Hello all,I was looking to start up my mailing campaign and I was curious if anyone had any favorites they liked as far as printing company goes and also places to just buy bulk postcards.It was looking like it would be about 34c apiece to send postcards, 26 for postage (thats what it seemed business prices would be for sending out mass postcards.

If I am rehabbing a house or looking and I'm not sure how to price it I will call one of my favorite appraisers and ask for a desk top appraisal.

I am slowly working on Brandon's favorite 15 books; however, the list is growing thanks to the books mentioned in the podcasts.  

One of my favorite authors is John Schaub, Building Wealth One House at a Time and says in his book that he invested in apartments, shopping centers, office condos in his 30 years of investing and his conclusion is that Single Family Homes are the best.So i am a little hesitant about getting my feet wet with commercial or should I just stick to what i know "Single Family Homes" in premium locations.
