So, I worked with some real estate agents to find distressed properties, found some cash buyers but still got no where, more so because the agents I worked with that claimed to be investor friendly knew nothing about wholesaling .

They snagged me some solid tenants that I rarely hear from or about.I’ll be flying out to check the places out eventually, and write it off as a real estate expense trip (although the trip may coincidentally be at the same time as my friend’s bachelor party...)
