Hello all,

My name is Todd and I'm a newbie from southern York County PA. I look forward to learning everything I can about real estate investing, with an emphasis on purchasing rental properties. I think for starters, I want to concentrate on south central PA, because it is close. I am willing to learn how to invest in out of state opportunities also.
