I looked at it and it's un-doable even if I got it for damn near free.

Out of around 120 tenants, we had about a dozen that moved out to stay with family...and did not owe anything; about a half dozen that immediately or very early on, applied for covid funding which eventually did pay all outstanding debt (one case took ten months to get initial payment, but all paid off), and now those tenants are back at work and paying rent on time; all the rest had enough resources or kept working and paid as usual through the whole period.
