Hi all,

How can I put in writhing let a tenant who either pays rent late habitually or request a lot matainience request to know. That’s if we don’t have a good tenant and landlord relationship or it the cost and time of management increase I will increase their percentage of rent whenever comes the lease renewal.

I want to let them know a professional way and a legal way.

Anyone can help me to put this on a writing that tenant undestand my point clearly and doesnt sounds so rule on my part?

Thank you

This is a mistake. If you have a bad tenant, get rid of them. Don't try to make more money from bad behavior.
