My name is Sonya Aqili and I live in beautiful San Diego.

I recently purchased a sfr in San Fernando Valley and it comes fully equipped with a non permitted studio unit built off of the garage.

My sister and I have talked about becoming partners so I'm hoping we can take on the San Antonio market and become successful.

Mostly I am interested in rehab right now probably in the San Antonio area and maybe venture into my city later on.

So I came across a commercial MF property in Midtown/Tobin Hill area in San Antonio, TX.  

Mind you that I am a newbie to REI here in San Antonio.

I'd love to have an international property at some point, and would have expected that Norway would be a country that was growing and also that the affordability of owning might be increasing the renters pool there as it is where I live near San Francisco.
