They have been great, paying on time and never had any issues other than some small HOA compliance (letting weeds grow).

They should also have employment that can be verified.Just remember they are not citizens of the country.

I've paid them off and I can remember one owner told me that I was heaven sent.

This assignment after the final judgment is common where the underlying owner of the note is a trust.....it’s just paper work juggling on their side.Just remember, you’ll have 2018 taxes that you inherit (if not more), hoa debts, etc.
