I am about to sell a SF rental and would like to put the gains into land and construction of a barn-dominium (a finished out pole barn) that are gaining popularity in rural areas in Oklahoma.

Hi Johan, In my area there are some streets that have been build duplex style.

Have you confirmed that there is, in fact, gas on the street?

The updated zoning allows it to have MUCH higher density and it is right on the main street.

That's something that hadn't been popular since the Great Recession.

Across the street from the cabin is a neighbor that I am friendly with that lives in the area full time.

Virtual showings are much more popular these days. 

Just start from the street, walk them through without bouncing too much or moving too quickly.
