Virtual tours for rental properties

So our tenant gave notice yesterday.  I'm Not surprised or concerned yet.  They want a dog and we have no pet policy in place.  I just re-listed the house for lease but was thinking about how we are going to show it to prospective tenants with the Covid virus reality.  Has anyone been using virtual tours to view properties and what platform might have the best results?  I will post listing to Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads soon and wonder if they have that feature yet.  Our 4bd 2.5 ba property will be available for lease June 30th.

Create a youtube channel. Go find some successful property managers in your area that are using video and pick up some tips.

Personally, I don't think you have to be fancy with fly-ins, catchy music, or other trickery. Just start from the street, walk them through without bouncing too much or moving too quickly. Balance the interior/exterior light so viewers can see the inside. Show them what they would normally look at if they were touring the home in person (inside of fridge or oven, closet size, etc.)
