My problem is that I'm brand new and don't have any buyers lined up.

When were done it going to look like a brand new house.

Comps are send to the appraiser with the e-mail outlining key points.

I know that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen but when I was looking at apartments for my residence a few years ago, the extra rent that they charge here seems like it should more or less pay for brand new furnishings every 18 months or so.

Then proceed to give the tenant notice via voice-mail, e-mail, text, etc that you will be inspecting the unit 24-Hours after said notice.

So I didn’t have a vacancy rate because both units are rented and also because I’m brand new to this and didn’t realize I needed a number for vacancy.

I have been listening to the podcast and poking around the forums for several months while I save some money, but this is my first post and I am brand new to investing.

It seems like a simple enough investment vehicle with the potential for some great returns with relative low risk and not an extremely high learning curve.Is there anyone on here who has experience with this kind of r/e investing?
