I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and there is a lot of opportunity to find motivated sellers. My problem is that I'm brand new and don't have any buyers lined up. I'll need to have a few phone numbers to stand a chance of a signing a contract. I work from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. just looking for a little advice... especially since my hours are limited to evenings

If you find a good deal, you'll easily find buyers! The hardest part of wholesaling is finding a good deal. Join the Milwaukee REIA and bring your deals to the meetings to present during the "haves and wants" section of the meeting. Go early and stay late to network with all the local investors. www.MilwaukeeREIA.com
